Registration for 3by3 is hosted by Shelton State Community College Workforce Development. When you register, you will join the mail-out/communication list. This does NOT mean you are automatically eligible for the upcoming cohort of classes. Participants MUST attend Orientation and complete the required paperwork to join the course.
The next run of classes is the Spring 2026 cohort. The Spring 2026 cohort will be offered in the day, and will span about 6 weeks. Additional sessions will be posted as they become available.
Next Steps
- Join the Mail-Out/Communications List
- Check Your Email Regularly for Announcements
- Attend Orientation, Bring the Following Documents with You
- Photo identification
- Social Security card
- Your 3 most recent check stubs
- Unemployment Verification Letter, if applicable
- Case numbers or Verification letters for any assistance you receive in your household, like SNAP, WIC, TANF, etc.
- Family demographics
- Complete WIOA or Other Eligiblity Paperwork as Directed
- Be on the Lookout for an Email with Eligibility Decision
- Reply to Email from Instructor to Confirm or Deny Enrollment in the Cohort
